This is the wonderful Amuseable Cactus Activity Toy, there are no spikes on him, he is a 25cm x 11cm soft toy made by the popular London based manufacturer - Jellycat as part of their Baby Range.
His body is made using 2 plushes, a soft green corduroy and a velvet soft green plush with embroidered cream spots and his kicking legs are made from a soft brown needle cord. His cute little smile and eyes are embroidered.
